All commercialization frameworks, systems, and offers developed within or through Movie Studio Mogul LLC (“MSM”) remain the exclusive intellectual property of MSM.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Story development offers and challenges
• Frameworks for screenwriting and story packaging
• Contributor-to-crowdfunding flows
• Vendor-based fundraising protocols
• Booking and sales funnels
• Backend monetization ladders
• Any contributor onboarding or event-based revenue structures
• Deep Storywork™ frameworks, contributors, or riders
Use, modification, renaming, or repackaging of any system without written licensing from MSM is strictly prohibited.
All MSM contributors operate under formal structures defined at the point of onboarding. No partnership, contributor role, or investment shall retroactively infer co-ownership, authorship, or control over MSM systems or offers.
No post-hoc reframing of contribution, no co-working session, and no participation in platform development shall be recognized as grounds for ownership or control.
No external use of Deep Story Work™ contributors, riders, or producers outside of licensed MSM channels is allowed. Any attempts to reroute MSM-aligned personnel through separate commercial events, platforms, or experiences without formal agreement constitutes infringement.
Affiliate and partner payments are as follows:
• $42.30 on every $47 challenge sale
• 15% on story outlines or screenplay referrals
• Final sales: $4,997–$15,000 for outlines; $35,000–$50,000 for screenplays
Receipt of payment constitutes binding agreement to these Terms. Manual tracking will apply until automation is complete.
Investing in a film production (including, but not limited to $250,000 investment tiers) via MSM, its nonprofit affiliates, or production partnerships does not grant:
• Ownership of MSM or its platforms
• Rights to relaunch, license, or rename MSM systems
• Any entitlement to the IP, offers, or frameworks developed within MSM
All such investments are treated as project-specific loan agreements or production contributions, not studio equity.
Raising funds to repay a personal investment, even under the guise of community building or cause-related framing, does not constitute ownership or authorship of the platform, frameworks, or studio.
Any attempt to reframe an investment, community event, or impact strategy as a proprietary model will be considered IP misrepresentation.
Any third-party effort to raise funds, develop courses, create masterminds, or launch events using MSM-aligned offers, frameworks, or contributor logic must be licensed.
This applies regardless of platform, brand name, fundraising mechanism, or emotional framing. Crowdfunding is a defined mechanism within MSM and cannot be altered, repackaged, or claimed as original IP through stylistic or procedural variance.
Crowdfunding, whether framed through communities, events, ticketing, or nonprofit gatherings, remains MSM property. Creating alternate logic or language does not circumvent MSM ownership.
When MSM short film screenplays are sold:
• The originating vendor, platform, or investor is eligible for one-third (33.3%) of the net proceeds, as pre-agreed.
• This compensation does not confer ownership or rights over backend systems.
No individual or investor may:
• Repackage MSM-aligned offers into live or virtual events
• Use MSM contributors (including Deep Storywork™ writers and producers) in experiences marketed separately
• Sell tickets, bundle access, or imply exclusivity to MSM contributors without written license
• Offer film donors experiences that monetize MSM contributors or IP without a commercial agreement
MSM contributors, logic, and systems may not be embedded into personal fundraising or public event narratives without authorization.
Any nonprofit or fiscal sponsor leveraging MSM contributor work must clearly disclose if donor-raised funds are repaying private or vendor loans. Failure to provide this disclaimer will result in formal enforcement.
Visibility, storytelling, group calls, and community engagement events do not establish co-authorship, co-ownership, or any equity position in MSM.
Authorship is contractual. Access is licensed. Presence is not property.
No third party may:
• Launch new studios based on MSM commercialization logic
• Host MSM-style pitch rooms under alternate brands
• Relaunch MSM-aligned frameworks with new language or labeling
• Bundle contributor-based offers into new events without explicit license
Any receipts issued to film investors, vendors, or affiliates reflect:
• Service delivery
• Defined referral commissions
• Film-specific participation
They do not constitute proof of ownership, co-founding status, or platform authorship.
Affiliates, vendors, and contributors may not:
• Recontact MSM clients for independent sales
• Redirect clients away from MSM systems
• Sell MSM-derived offers under alternate packaging
Engaging with MSM platforms, payments, or agreements constitutes full consent to these Terms.
No participant may claim exemption due to lack of review.
Any dispute shall be resolved via confidential mediation in the State of Wyoming. No public legal filings, demands, or negotiations shall supersede this process.
All commercialization structures, sales systems, contributor flows, and monetization ladders are the exclusive commercial property of Movie Studio Mogul LLC.
Violations of these Terms will not be negotiated. They will be enforced.
